Pros

I love working at IDR for multiple reasons. The IDR company culture is young and vibrant. It fosters an environment where your colleagues become your friends. The management team provides great leadership, on every level! It is a work hard, play hard mentality. It is an excellent work space for those who have a competitive spirit. The company is growing, which offers professional and personal growth. The CEO is present in day-to-day life. Passion and devotion drive and motivate the IDR team. There is a unique transparency to the company, which is difficult to come by. Not to mention the company benefits. IDR is an ESOP, meaning the employees own the company. It's so awesome to have stake in your own career. In addition, they offer a corporate athlete program that encourages an active and healthy lifestyle! I am proud to be a member of the IDR family as we have just won Inavero's Best of Staffing Talent and Client Satisfaction Award for a THIRD consecutive year. We are game changers in the staffing industry and it's a blast to be a part of!

Cons

I am located in the Atlanta Headquarters. The office space is moving a little further from my home, but the commute will be well worth our awesome new space! We will be located in the Avalon which has beautiful outdoor space, tons of retail and restaurants. This will allow us to hang as team after hours if we wanted!

Pros

its literally a job that you can get straight out of college and not have to worry about finding another desk job as long as you think you can run 5 miles

Cons

You have to run 5 miles, not only in your interview, but also once a week along with tracking the food you eat, I didnt know if I was going to be a professional athlete or a recruiter.

We appreciate your feedback and apologize if it was not communicated to you that our workouts (and all other company-funded programs) are optional. We encourage participation because of the synergy we feel it brings to our offices.

Pros

- Good upward mobility; organic growth - Great team/culture (for the most part) - Company has a desire to grow - Company willing to put money back into the offices - Ability to influence the trajectory of the company long-term - Company processes are great and they provide a great foundation for professional sales growth

Cons

- Base compensation is low and commission structure is not competitive for the first 6 months minimum - Lack of consistent leadership - Distinct difference between what is said and what you can expect - Lack of loyalty for those that have been around for years when it comes to promotions - Local leadership has an inability to make tough decisions without leaning on outside influencers - Poor outside/non-organic hiring decision/s (killing the culture) - Extremely long hours
