Pros

There aren't many Pros but I guess one could be appreciative of your next job after you quit.

Cons

You are cold calling. You're in a bassment all day. You work 12-13 hour days, and a lot of weekends. They tell you when you apply that you will be working out together and going on team runs but it's all bull to make the place sound bearable. You have no time to workout even on your own. You literally are at this office all day everyday. You compete with your co-workers which means everyone is on edge with each other. You really don't make as much money as they say you will..barely $2k a month and you won't get a lunch break hardly at all. You're on ALL day long on those phones and constantly stressed out and lying to the people you're on the phone with to make a buck.

Pros

- Hands down, the people. You will not find more driven, fun, and committed individuals. It's pretty cool to come to work where everyone is young too! - The culture. It's a little different than what text books define as a "corporate" company, but it sure does make your job a lot more fun! - Opportunities after opportunities after opportunities! In the year and a half that I have worked here, I've had three different roles (by choice). IDR truly supports you and your career goals. If your goals align with the company's values and mission, there's no way you won't reach and exceed your potential. - Nothing is concrete. This can be good and bad, but the great thing about this is you can always implement new ideas and strategies. IDR is always open to innovation ,and people who take initiative. - Health & Wellness and Leadership Programs. If you value getting physically fit, they support you. If you want to develop your career skills and dig a little deeper, they support you. To sum it all up, IDR is an young, organic company who stands by their mission - to be the best. The people and the culture make you feel like you belong to a family. There's always room to innovate and be yourself.

Cons

- Sometimes the hours can be demanding, but this has improved in the last few months. - There can be a lot of changes, which can make you overwhelmed but you just have to understand they are always searching for ways to make things better. - It's a sales organization so the Operations don't always get the recognition they deserve. But hey, we have to stroke the sales team's ego, right?

Pros

- You have the rare opportunity to be extremely successful in a quick amount of time - Promotions normally happen in less than 1.5 years of experience - Leadership Development Program - One of the top rated in the country - Health and Fitness Program - Personal trainers, bootcamps, active environment, paid for gym memberships - Work hard, play hard mentality - Higher base salary and better commission structure than its competitors - I know because I had interviewed at its competitors - Challenge every single day - no 2 days are alike and no day is ever spent watching the clock - Work when you want, freedom and ability to recruit and make a difference in and out of office - Culture - you would have to see it to believe it - fun atmosphere, energetic, positive - The successful people here stay here and have unbelieveable growth potential and vision from the CEO, managers, etc. - You will make a difference in peoples lives - finding jobs for the best talent in Nashville - Base salary and good commission structure - benefits, better PTO than most companies, Holiday pay, etc. - Strong relationship building with the Branch Managers and CEO

Cons

- The industry is very competitive and challenging, but for a driven to be successful person this should not be a con - You will be compensated for the time and efforts you put into the company, it starts off with putting more time in at first, but gets much better as you get better - You will be challenged every single day
