      Pros

      Great group of employees and a CEO that really cares about the individual success of the employees and of the company as a whole. There's a strong sense of responsibility to deliever true quality to both the clients and consultants worked with. A day doesn't go buy that you don't feel challenged by the job which pushes you to grow as a leader.

      Very long hours during the week.

      All the people in the company are extremely nice and willing to help you out anytime you need. Very good pay and fun company to work for

      Only con is you work long hours so if you don't like to do that, this job and company isn't for you

      The interview process is very intense, and IDR does a great job of making sure that partnership is right!

      Pros

      There are a lot of interviews during the process. There are one on ones and panel interviews. They do lots of shadowing and involve the candidate in the process from start to finish making sure that the partnership is right for both the candidate and IDR

      Cons

      The interview process is somewhat of a long and tedious process, but recruiting is an intense job. Nashville has a competitive market, and with the turnover rate for recruiters, IDR wants to make sure that they put the right people in place. They place a lot of value on a thorough and efficient interview process.
