      Good money and super relaxed when it comes to the job and how you do it

      Cons

      Literally some of the meanest people I've ever worked with. Girls were rude and would only promote their friends

      Pros

      IDR goes above and beyond for their employees. Work from home flexibility, mental health days, bonus / promotion opportunities, wellness programs to assist in paying for physical and mental health (therapy, gym memberships, etc), and incredible compensation plans!

      Cons

      There is a ramp up period but if you stick with it and work hard, you will make great money!
