Pros

Committed, hard working team mates. Co-workers are supportive and helpful. Mission is clear. Despite the hours (see below) family time and needs are respected. Very family oriented. Genuinely nice people. The work is interesting, challenging and rewarding.

Cons

Consistently understaffed for mission and commitments. Very long hours are a given and depending on level or manager there may or may not be flexibility or comp time. Some grumpy old boys network.

Good benefits, dedicated and knowledgeable staff, an inspiring mission

Cons

The organization is split up into multiple locations. Given this and the international aspects of the organization, some positions require extensive travel.
