Pros

-No experience needed -A lot of opportunities for overtime

Cons

-6 Day mandatory work weeks sometimes even work Sundays. -Schedule is week by week...chance of working all three shifts within the same month. -Being scheduled 12 hour workdays all week including Saturday and Sunday if scheduled.(6am-6pm) or (6pm-6am) -20 hours a year for Paid Sick Leave. -Extremely hot in the summer. -Whole shift you're standing up on your feet, actually get in trouble if caught sitting down. -Only 2 ten minute breaks and a 30min lunch, early or late never at the same time sometimes right before fifth hour to keep the machine running through break. -Get in trouble for looking at your phone.
