Three short breaks, machines that are not properly taken care of. Lack of consideration to those who are getting fired. No warning or procedure put in place to warn those who's performance is lacking.

Pros

The on boarding experience made you feel welcomed to the company. You can jump right into the job and expect to have experienced people that you can lean on.

Cons

Full time salary could be higher to be more competitive.

Pros

Benefits are great and environment is easy going. They just re-insourced networking so it will be a while before they try that again due to tons of problems. Standard 2-3 percent yearly bump.

Cons

Lack of career ladder in WEA/Windows Group. Upper PL levels are limited to a few and those people wont be going anywhere soon. Standard 2-3 percent yearly bump.
