Good 401k plan. Has proven success in declining markets and above market growth in growing markets. Stock price has increased in the last 5 years. Values clear expectations. Easy-going about sick days and personal appointments during work hours. International opportunities.

      Cons

      Slow vacation growth. Underperforming and non-core businesses seem always at risk of being sold. Facilities are located in remote locations which can discourage internal movement.
