Pros

Great benefits and the best colleagues around! It's rare to come across someone working at IRC who doesn't have a high level of commitment to the people we serve.

Cons

I've experienced poor work/life balance and am very underpaid for my title and work I do

Pros

Great mission, smart staff, compelling stories and good comms team. CEO is a strong ambassador for the org.

Cons

Too large to be efficient; poor collaboration between departments; leadership when I was there was very competitive with one another and created rifts that were stressful for their staff.
