Pros

I am not sure there is much to say about IRC...very disappointing.

Cons

Very disorganized organization...I don't think they know what they are doing. A lot of waste. The incompetence is just mind boggling.

Pros

Interacting with, learning from, and assisting clients from fascinating cultures and parts of the world. The satisfaction that comes with seeing them succeed is nearly unparalleled.

Cons

Cliquey and predatory office politics; unaccountable and oftentimes absent management; immature and childish behavior during staff meetings.
