Pros
- amazing team culture, everyone was there to work hard and with the right purpose and intention to serve the Clients - contributes to deep interpersonal growth as it is incredibly diverse groups from Staff to Clients - each day was unique and challenging - Management was genuinely there to support Staff and step in to any role when needed, and encouraged a positve and successful shift.
Cons
- changed Insurance provider and poorly impacted MANY staff needs (seemed like a decision made to benefit the organization, not the Staff) - limited pay and lacked opportunities for a raise - certain departments can be limiting to career growth, unless willing to relocate
