Pros

Contributing to a worthy and rewarding cause and working with a good team.

Cons

Select few managers do not protect clients or staff from abuse and participate in other forms of unethical behavior. The ethics and compliance unit seems to act as a compromised internal reporting system. We are told that reporting ethics violations is our job but retaliation for filing ethics reports goes unchecked.
