Pros

Interesting programs, good career opportunities

Cons

bad senior management, no support, bad benefits and even though feedback on staff's bad performance and management is circulated to the region and HQ, nothing is done,

Pros

Awesome people, nice work space, IRC clients are nice and dedicated. Care about educating their interns around the problems refugees face and how they can help.

Cons

Unpaid internship, but that was known coming in. No other complaints.

Great work environment, low pay

Pros

Truly wonderful mission and dedicated staff. The pay is minimal, so staff is truly in it to assist refugees.

Cons

The salary is minimal at best. The benefits help ease the sting of the pay, but it's difficulty to contribute to your retirement fund or pay copays at the doctor when you are barely scraping by.
