      my supervisor was very friendly and so are the people working there

      I did not have much to do much of the time. and i did go with my school books to study there in order to kill time

      Pros

      Staff are passionate, committed, and invested in their work and their clients. The mission of the organization is inspiring and the work IRC does is hands-on an awesome.

      Cons

      The office and staff lack clear organizational structure and support, as many non-profits do. The training process was haphazard and I felt like I wasted several weeks not knowing what I was really doing.
