Pros

The the salaries as an expat are in the average scale, the benefits compensate for them. As an expat, you are entitled (most of the times) to housing, transportation, R&R, home leave, in addition to 20 vacation days and 10 day sick days. In addition, there is plenty of opportunities for professional growth. Though this depends if you have a supportive manager who will encourage and support you on this front.

Cons

- You are not allowed to roll over vacations
