Business Outlook
Pros
Rewarding work, great programs, friendly colleagues, opportunities to learn and grow. Great workplace environment and a lot of nice people. Support systems in place for when things get tough. Enough structure and space for creativity.
Cons
Some IRC values are more talk than actual practice, especially partnership at "eye level" with local CSOs and partnership with members of the community it serves. It does however seem that the organization is striving to continually improve and truly operate based on its mission and vision. So, it has the opportunity for change.
