Pros

smart, dedicated and committed colleagues. Organization values accountability and measures impact. consistent emergency programming and interventions for international operations; focuses on advocacy and lessons learned.

Cons

little career growth because of the size of the organization, tends to be very competitive to be transferred to another department particularly withing international programs/ field posts. they prioritize internal candidates for all positions so hard for an external candidate to get their foot in the door.
