Pros

Very close opportunities to get in touch with refugee clients, the collaboration between different departments within the office is close. Also the senior managers will give the interns opportunities to participate in the meeting and learn.

Cons

The office especially the digital platforms are outdated or inefficient due to lacking fundings. Files are mostly in paper stacks so adding the time for going through the documents.
