Pros

The IRC is very dynamic. Everyone is open to criticism and change. Work is interesting. Work/life balance is very good too.

Cons

For some roles, it can feel a bit lonely as a few team could be made of only 1 or 2 persons.

-passionate staff. Everyone really cares about the work they are doing. -very important global work. Helping refugees all around the world find peace, safety, and stability.

Cons

-not well paid. It is typical pay for this type of work, though. The organization runs on federal funding and grants.
