Very good working environment and a company that is clearly trying to make the world a better place
Cons
Funding and staffing challenges due to lower salaries and a lack of organized investment into technology and technology professionals. Very fragmented approach to delivering technical solutions and a general lack of governance on how to do technology project. Often decisions are made in silos as a result of this lack of understanding that technology is part of every project.
