It's a thrilling and exciting experience, to learn about their culture and way of life. There is this satisfcaiton that comes with knowing that you put a smile on someone's face.
Cons
Pay is really low. The workload is very intense; very repetivie. Limited opportunities for growth. You just need to be passionate to stay there long enough.
