This company has over-focused on cutting costs by reducing staff as the quickest way to achieve the EBITDA numbers promised to the street. Employee morale overall is lowered by these actions. Formerly, a good place to work, hope that is true again in the near future, but career advancement is currently very limited for most employees.

Lack of organization from the top down. Constant changes to project scope and schedules. Anything planned today will be going in the opposite direction by next week. Serious lack of integration between manufacturing and the rest of the company. Morale seems to know no lower limit.
