Pros

Working on great trucks that save lives. Most of the people are friendly and cooperative. Customer is good to work with. Pay is decent. Work pace is good, but only because Defense is slow in general.

Cons

Unstable - Defense workload is down. Parent company, Navistar Inc., is struggling, so no raises or bonuses for quite some time; outlook is not so great either. Minimal to no upward mobility. Morale is low. Systems are not stream-lined and connected; requires more effort to perform daily work. A great deal of talent is leaving for these cons.
