Having a hard time thinking of the good aspects. Company was operating lean prior to the Traton JV. Hopefully it's a better environment with new leadership now. If I'm being honest three stars was generous. Great if you're part of the old boys club.

Cons

Profits made from every angle at every turn. Large enough company that it was hard to find the right person to help with any matter or a person willing to help. This could range from factory production, HR, expense reporting etc. Personally witnessed customer screwed over and lied to. Regardless of the reasons, I felt that the corporation was run by fear and intimidation. People are afraid to do anything especially when it's the right thing... The company paints it's competitors in a bad light at times.
