      Management has too much control over your career. Will often make the decisions for you without talking to you about it.

      Pros

      Professional development, fun coworkers and many outings. They give you several projects to work on at the beginning of the experience and from there they let you complete them. Beautiful compound currently!

      Cons

      There weren't that many downsides. I guess a few of the downsides would be that you have to pay for coffee and food in the cafeteria(but that is no big deal).

      Pros

      No one really expects you to succeed at your job and failure is considered a success. In the end, they pay you to leave...

      Cons

      If you didn't get selected to be paid to say home and not come back you have to stay and figure out how to deal with being told to do the work of 4 or 6 people and only really being expected to do the work of well less than 1 because you will be in meetings for 60-70% of your day.
