Pros

Great pay, good enviroment, the culture was unlike any that I had ever had worked in.

Cons

Business down turned had to leave to maintain my pay scale. Otherwise I would've stayed until retirement.

Getting back to core business. Focusing on the bringing the company back to profitability. Decent compensation. World class headquarters.

Cons

Uncertainty about the future of the engine manufacturing side of business. Have lost a lot of good people over the past few years.

Pros

Good work life balance and a really nice facility to work. The people are nice and if you seek it out the work can be fulfilling.

Cons

Continuous layoffs and there seemed to be a disconnect between upper level management and those actually carrying out the work.
