      Pros

      Navistar has struggled but have always kept a good mission in mind. The pay is decent and at least in my position the work load is not overwhelming most the time. The flexible professional ours and availbility to work from home when needed is great. Tuition reimbursement ins't great but it is very helpful.

      Cons

      They are located in Chicago land and i don't care for it here. They have built a trend of hiring from out side instead of creating growth in promoting qualified people within.

      Great experience with a long-standing company ... Suffered through popular,yet unproven, engine strategy with no contingency that resulted in terrible results past couple of years; but see a bright future echo has been demonstrated through improved financial results.Opportunities to improve and to work with others with focus on providing more value to our customers
