      Many of the tools that are currently used have been developed over years, they have become so interlaced that understanding them has become a challenge.

      Lots of freedom, very knowledgeable people to work with, State of the art Development Facility.

      Because of the current financial situation there are no promotions. A lot of people is leaving and there are a lot of politics.
