A great company to learn from. A brand with its very own niche. Just adequate IT support; a lot of projects in different areas to participate and learn from. An interesting dynamic in supplier development and communication processes. Some will maintain faith and good spirit as good news from the market come scarce.

Cons

Quality is constantly challenged by Time to Market needs; more engineering changes than it can manage; customers are constantly disappointed by late deliveries; engineering BoM changes post design freeze are daily business both in pre-production and post-production, thus will not follow industry standards, like APICS-S&OP, PMI-PMBOK guidelines. Not a star in the stock exchange news media. Be prepared to have your dose of resilience be tested.
