      Decent pay and beneifits. Good experience. Some intelligent people

      In a major state of disarray. Its a shame use to be a great place and good products. Basically just hangin on. Management in middle are not challenging any decisions by upper management. Its lost so much talent of what made this place.

      Pros

      A good culture showcasing diversity and a good world view of manufacturing and operations. Good focus on the individual and excellent opportunities for self-improvement. They paid for my Masters degree and provided time to attend classes.

      Cons

      Sometimes the goals of the company are not completely clear to the employees. Also, the review process requires individuals to make their own improvement plan without regard for providing time to complete the plan.
