      Leadership not on the same page Not a strong leadership team Promotion based on who you know, not what you know No focus on results - I can't believe the things I've seen Too much reliance on consultants to decide the future instead of employees who really know what is going on Serious loss of Talent over the last few years - nice place to work if you want to take it easy and not be challenged

      Majority of Navistar employees are engaged in what they are doing, they are willing to to do what it takes to gets things done, they are not afraid to ask questions.

      Cons

      Several of the overall engineering processes take to long, there is no accountability to upper management, several of the division are not aligned with each other.
