In my experience there was a lot to like about Navistar. It has the resources of a large company, but often felt like a small company. Management was supportive of initiatives and a lot couple be accomplished with minimal red tape. Colleagues were intelligent and collaborative
Cons
Navistar is a voltile company. Automotive is a tough industry. Buckle your seatbelt since it promises to be a rough ride....but the reward is also there.
