      Pros

      Well compensated with great benefits. Was able to make a difference within my department. The people in Fort Wayne were top notch and many are industry experts.

      Cons

      Senior management needs to be more open and up front with communications especially important issues like relocation. They are playing with more than just someone's career, there are other personal issues involved in this process. Capital improvement needs in Fort Wayne were constantly overlooked. Moving to Lisle (mistake) Loss of key management team members who were in the process of correcting past management mistakes.

      Good products Market share high Leverages business with oveseas market New corporate headquaters , to be an amazing building to work at.

      Cons

      Poor culture and Respect for middle people Comminucation . from managers are poor, middle level is uncut from what's going on within company Old fashined dominance from certain departments like human resouces and policies. Lots of ucertainity on people and staffing over new planned building expansion.

      Pros

      The work is technically challenging, engaging, and interesting, fast-paced, there is a good abundance of talented co-workers. The product is exciting and fun to work on. Salary is good (not great), benefits are competitive.

      Cons

      If you're a hard worker then management is more than happy to work the life out of you. Hard work, talent, and accomplishment as a rule do not lead to promotions, recognition, or advancement. The path to management is too often being loudest, brashest, most cut-throat person, not the most talented. Workplace politics, gossiping and rumors are excessive.
