Navistar replaced all the Accounting departments with cheap labor from India. These people did not have the skills to do the job. Some used a translator while working because they did not know English. This shows that money for upper management was all they cared about. They don’t even care about the vendors who had problems getting paid because the replacements can’t do the job.
