      Pros

      Aetna Insurance gives good coverage for more serious conditions but is no better than any other insurer for your everyday medical needs. 401k is decent and the company will match to a certain percentage. Pay is pretty competitive for anyone coming in off the street.

      Cons

      Constant production shut-downs due to part shortages. Communication is constantly lacking. Immediate management is often left in the dark on workplace happenings. Human Resources never has the help they need from corporate. They are often behind due to never having enough people to help. Scheduling often changes due to part shortages or being behind on production issues. Employees can hardly make plans for their regular days off because the production schedule constantly changes.
