      Good employee benefits, nothing more.

      Cons

      Was told my Sr. Director just didn’t like me. No concrete reason. Wasn’t performance related. I am a person of color. He was not.

      Used Truck Operations are the weakest link.

      Pros

      Solid, established company recovering well from some poor decisions from previous leadership. Benefits are good, base pay is acceptable with unusual but fair commission structure.

      Cons

      Used Truck Organization leadership is a train wreck! They routinely play favorites and most managers are former finance people with no sales experience. If you are looking to join this company don't get involved on the used truck side.

      Friendly work environment; flexible; good yearly bonus; good vacation

      Cons

      They do little to nothing to keep you. Not competitive with salary. Benefits are expensive and not the best. No diversity, and management does not care about it.
