Pros

Some co workers are your level the lower level are nice and supportive. Made great life long friends with them

Scheming Managers, dishonest practices, poor technology, no career progression, low salary, racism, sexist, sexual harassment, poor or no communication, sneaking, management concerned for their own self interest, blame culture, mice in the office, truly a mundane and low level job that they ask for Masters level background, assistance center is in fact a call center, long hours, under stimulated, monitored for bathroom breaks regardless of communicated medical conditions, constantly shift strategic mission and job description, low morale and burnout...turnover is high!!!
