Pros

Definitely a global organization with a clear mission to help others with a diverse working environment. They offer career advancement as well as individual growth. A company you can say you are proud to work for.

Cons

As with a lot of organizations, investing in technology and critical roles within the organization has been delayed but the current focus shows a strategic investment and understanding of this.

Pros

Very vibrant working community with a young, intelligent, multi-cultural staff. Some good benefits that largely stem from the French origins of the company. Willing to promote from within.

Cons

Expects extraordinarily long hours and on-call nights/weekends without any compensation. Almost felt competitive in terms of who could work the longest day, regardless of efficiency. Compared to the professional services sector the remuneration below Director level is almost unbelievably low. Zero professional development (or even internal) training in 4 years regardless of how it was pitched.

You do get paid on time sometimes.

Cons

Terrible, rude management with little to no field experience. Cheap equipment such as uniforms. No employee advancement or education programs. Zero benefits, bonuses or wage increases for casual staff.
