Brilliant purpose but where is it heading?

- International SOS has a fantastic purpose and is saving lives - Work is challenging and motivating - The assistance centre is impressive - Very nice atmosphere in the business park in London

Cons

- More likely to reach top management if you are French and above all a man - For the past 2 years there has been restructuring every couple of months (some teams do not know their remit; eg in Asia/Pacific) - Huge gender salary gap (20% according to the Guardian) and HR doesn’t do anything about it - Low pension contribution

great individual talents hungry for success

Cons

poor talent management and career development. Management always making conscious effort to short change employees in salaries and other benefits. there is a sense of racism and management don't seem to be concerned even when reported. a lot of favoritism and boot-licking makes the environment sometimes uncomfortable and highly toxic.
