      Pros

      Good package & excellent benefits. Great experience gained. Global feel & great cooperation from cross border colleagues.

      Cons

      Change is constant - 6 managers in 6 years. Executive Management is unfair and favours the french-speaking. Ridiculous incentive scheme, incentive scheme got cut by more than half. Incentive payout are 2 months in arrears. Target & Budget only provided in the 2nd quarter. Internal stakeholders always looking to blame the sales person. Zero career growth unless you are willing to relocate to Africa and that is if you are chosen by the GM.

      •The Joint Venture of International SOS and Control Risks is one of the most exciting businesses I’ve ever seen with a bunch of coolest intellectuals with a keen interest in geo-political issues •Work life balance

      •The India unit feels more like a regional office executing the orders from headquarters than a country headquarter •Very limited scope of creativity or change, the management is very comfortable continuing with the age-old ways •Almost paranoid of cutting edge technology or disruptive environment in the name of compliance, a very slow organisation

      some great coworkers, lots of diversity.

      Cons

      SR mgmt really does not care for about boots on the ground, its a chair... they use you, and expect you to wash out.... be replaced with a new batch of employees. whatever salary they offer you is where you will STAY. absolutely go out of their way to not increase your pay annually while instead increasing your workloads. office is terrible, yet the SR MGMT office is extremely nice (different location really fosters connectivity)
