There is lots of TALK about a belief in work life balance, valuing employees etc., but in actuality if you are salaried they will squeeze as much out of they as you can. - Treatment of employees in departments that generate revenue is dramatically different from employees in necessary back-office positions. If you're in the office it's as clear as looking at the portions of work space that are newly renovated, and the portions that have rips in the carpet and holes in the walls. - Messaging from management is inconsistent.
