      Pros

      The way the business develops employees has changed out of sight over the last 5 years or so. Promotion or other job opportunities were once all about who you knew, and whilst that still forms a part of it (naturally I believe), there is a better structure in place to help develop and nurture the 'everyday' talent that forms the backbone of the organisation....still a work in progress though. Some may consider it a negative, however I believe that the apparent need to really understand and buy into what the company does to enjoy yourself there is an important factor in The organisational culture. That the recruiting process and management in the London Assistance Centre sees a considerable number of the Operations coordinators with in excess of 5 years experience, some with more than 10, speaks volumes of being able to select the right people for the job, and the balance that is achieved despite the challenges.

      Cons

      As I think with most places, it is often dependent upon department and manager. The long hours worked in the operations team are tough, but almost always rewarding. Work life balance depends both on location and role.
