Pros

Fabulous people, lots to learn and a lively atmosphere. It feels like the company really cares for its employees and there is a very competitive remuneration scheme. Lots of employee benefits too.

Cons

More work needed re: mentorship to encourage career development in other departments. Also the office is not ideally located for most, the business park is quite far from local amenities and the food available on site is a little expensive.

Great place to work when you are eager to learn a lot, every day is different. It might not suit everyone as it’s so busy everything gets thrown at you so you will either sink or swim.

Cons

Communication isn't great and they need to invest in training their managers.

-One of the most global-attitude driven companies I've worked for, and I've worked for many larger companies -Extremely diverse culture, people from all regions and backgrounds -Company has clear sense of purpose; to help people in difficult health situations

Cons

-Extremely savage and ruthless management -Singapore head management is very,very,very,very demanding. This defines the culture of the company which is: company first! profits second and employee's last! -15 hour work days -Too much traveling; always on long haul trips, always in economy....=(
