Pros

Learnt how not to run a company. Bunch of Racists & Bullies that call themselves managers.

Cons

Dreadful, shocking, lack of communication, harassment, bullying and victimisation by management - no support In here it does not really matter what you are capable of doing, your track record, or your skill set. If a manager likes you, you'll progress. If they don't, bye. Even if you are not smart, you can get really good roles if you manage to flatter the right person. You can see people with huge potential be left out and cut out of the business because they just don't like them - no objectivity.

Pros

The service provided is fantastic and is absolutely needed. Duty of care is essential for employers with employees working outside of their home country. The front line is riddled with superior experts from medical, non-medical and security. The work is rewarding.

Cons

Poor leadership. They are more focused on keeping their heads down to maintain their jobs than doing what is right. The high attrition rate at mid to high level management is due to poor executive leadership. Innovation is simply a word used as political propaganda; for innovative employees are not retained or promoted. The incompetent and well spoken are promoted. Which places a strain on the front line of the organization to find creative ways to ensure superior service without the support of executive management. Corporate is either blind to this or simply looks the other way.
