Multicultural and friendly atmosphere in Operations

Pros

I have been working for this company for more than 5 years now in the Operations department. I enjoy the diversity of the work, the working hours and the office is beautiful since we moved to Chiswick Park. The managers are friendly and we often we all go for a drink on Friday in the bar near the office which is really good. My team is really friendly and supportive. We are all from different countries and work very well together. I like the company culture as everyone is so helpful to each other.

Cons

Sometimes we have to work harder on busy days. The environment is structured well and at times, I wish they did not have so many procedures but I am now understanding why we need them all!

Helping and caring about our members in a difficult environment is what makes us like this job. This is why most of the staff is dedicated to the company and its values.

Cons

The big issue is the management: narrow-minded, lacking internal communication, unable to make quick decision, very politically driven, cannot be trusted. It is very difficult to make a carrier inside the company as your manager will block you. The values the company is promoting do not apply for its staff...
