Pros
What we do is great; directly supporting the lives of others. Personally used their service before joining the company and its amazing stuff. Great colleagues and get to work with people in various backgrounds. Feedback is being heard and internal communications is becoming more transparent and frequent from top management.
Cons
Even if you're new to the company you can see the lack of diversity in the management level. Very French dominated, and lack of gender equality. Even though the company is called "International" SOS, the leaders of this company is not representing the internationalism it stands for.
