      Pros

      The nature of the company is good. The company encourages employees to work in different locations, as long as there are job opportunities present. Exposure to colleagues of different countries make meeting people within the company interesting.

      Cons

      I worked in the Corporate Finance team in Singapore. Management does not encourage employees to move upwards. Faced personal, discriminating and threatening remarks from management. Work/life balance is not a focus at all. Technology is slow moving with old systems.

      Pros

      A challenging but fair working environment. Good leadership and a strong solution set. Clients and doing the correct thing is put at the fore front. a true multi-cultural enviroment

      Cons

      Work life balance needs to improve as does communication channels from the leadership to the troops. High expectations from the team but they are normally fair and achievable.

      -It is a challenging environment from which you can learn a lot about yourself -It has a very international office with very smart people from all over the world

      Cons

      -Absolutely no career path management or company effort to develop its employees -Very little employee loyalty -New member orientation/training is an absolute joke -It is extremely disorganized globally -HR and IT are vastly underdeveloped due to little emphasis from its leadership, holding the entire company down -Expectation to work incredibly long hours with little added benefit or pay
