      Drinking culture

      Pros

      Interesting work. Most people seem to want to make a difference and are there cause they want to help people.

      Cons

      If you don't drink you don't get anywhere. Huge drinking culture and if you don't drink with the right people you don't become a favourite and therefore you don't get recognised for any work you do. You then stop caring sand basically stay for the money although that is not that great.

      Demoralising and Corrupt management

      Pros

      A startup team of doctors, expanded to offer integrated solutions and hence a diverse client base. Not sure if this really matter because if you are not well treated then whatever is the company's business, how does it matter?

      Cons

      No career plan, no interest in employee retention. I am rather shocked after reading other reviews- manager screaming, how did that get away!!!! The place sucks the life out of you, the French dictatorship kills your will to live, people get promoted out of favouritism, HR is a puppet-words and actions controlled by leadership teams. Then there is this corporate team, walks and talks arrogantly, big salaries and blown up minds. The regional leadership hidden agenda is demoralise, demotivate and make their employees feel worthless so that they never ask for a pay rise or career step-up and if they do then just show them the way out. They want to hire people who'd rather stay where they are and not trouble the peace of this Europe leadership by asking for the next move.
