- Fast paced, continually growing organisation gives you lots of opportunity to have an impact if you position yourself correctly - Multi-cultural, diverse, and intelligent colleagues - Majority of products have an actual impact on customer's lives

Cons

- The fast growth can leave some feeling lost in the unstructured environment - There is not a lot of gender or ethnic diversity in senior management, take that into account when considering your options for mentors or whether you will "fit" if you want to build a long-term career with the company - Compensation is generally low compared to similar roles else where, you're responsible for asking for what you're worth they won't offer it to you

Worst place I every worked - stale atmosphere

- The only pros are if you speak French and enjoy libraries

Cons

- Zero atmosphere in the office, like working in a library - Feels like a french company and if you don't speak french you are out of the loop - The group product team have their own clique - you will need to be able to laugh at bad jokes to fit in here - The Commercial Desk team are not very commercial at all and lack basic analytical skills. - HR are quite incompetent and in general do nothing to raise staff morale

Fantastic colleagues working in a pressured environment doing amazing things

Pros

Knowing that you are part of a system that is carefully designed to assist thousands of business travelers and expats from most of the fortune 500 companies wherever they may be around the world. You support them at a time they are most in need of support whether it be a medical accident, a security issue or simply just to get around in a foreign country.

Cons

Pressured environment, as you really are dealing with life or death situations in many cases. The salaries are ok, although considering the pressure placed on mid-level management they could maybe do better.
