A number of data breaches--some very public and expensive, some not so public--create intense and agonizing conversations both with customers and internally. Management is quick to look for a scapegoat to quickly distance and rid themselves of the offender but the issue is rooted in the lack of leadership and strategy within the organization itself. It makes for a very chaotic, fearful and disorganized environment not to mention clients who feel deceived that what they thought they were buying was not as it appeared to be.

Management readily shares when you've failed than when you've done something well. It can make for an emotionally draining day--coupled with the stressful cases received. Plus, you never know if the criticism received is going to result in your termination, which is very likely on any given day. If you can't handle the heat from both ends and need some occasional encouragement, don't apply here.
